Yingnuo Heavy has introduced a compact all-electric mini loader designed for construction sites, landscaping and confined indoor work, combining a small footprint with zero-emission operation. The company says the machine is intended to address demand for equipment that can operate in space-restricted sites while meeting stricter environmental and noise requirements.

The loader is designed for complex environments, with its main advantages centered on an electric powertrain and a compact structure, according to the manufacturer.

• Compact body: A small turning radius and compact dimensions allow access to narrow passages, indoor spaces and complex landscaping areas.
• All-electric drive: A lithium battery powertrain produces no exhaust emissions during operation, supporting use indoors or in areas with limited ventilation.
• Low-noise operation: Compared with conventional fuel-powered machinery, the electric drive system significantly reduces operating noise, making it suitable for residential areas and noise-sensitive locations.

To support stable performance and extend service life, the company outlines a four-step operating procedure.

2. Starting work: Insert the key to start the power supply and use the dual joysticks to control the bucket and lifting movements precisely.
3. Load control: Strictly observe the machine’s rated load limit and avoid overloading.
4. Shutdown and maintenance: After work, park the machine securely, engage the safety lock and regularly inspect the battery and mechanical connections.

Manufacturing background

The AOLITE series is produced by Yingnuo Heavy, which says its manufacturing base dates to 2005 and now covers 80,000 square meters. The facility is equipped with automated painting lines, CNC machining centers and welding robots, according to the company.

According to the company, AOLITE has obtained ISO 9001, CE, SGS and EAC certifications and maintains technical cooperation with TU Dresden in Germany. The company says these research and production capabilities support its manufacture of construction machinery for international markets.
